INFORMATION LEAFLET PURSUANT TO ART. 13, LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196 DATED 06/30/2003

The “Law on the protection of personal data” (Legislative Decree no. 196 dated. 30.06.2003) Art. 13 imposes the obligation to inform the party involved of the fundamental elements of processing, as specified in paragraph 1, letter. a/f. Eurostile srl fulfills such obligation and informs you that:
The provided data will be used to answer your requests for clarification (commercial request information, etc.).
The processing of personal data is performed using paper, information technology, electronic tools, so as to assure the security and confidentiality of data, but also the full observance of the Law. This information leaflet applies for the data gathered directly from the party involved (art. 13, c. 1);
The provision of data is optional, and any refusal will make it impossible to answer your notice.
The data will not be disclosed but notified to the website operator.
Under Article. 7 of the Law, in addition to the information contained in this leaflet, you are entitled:

• to receive intelligible confirmation as to the existence or not of your data;
• to obtain the updating, amendment or supplementing of the data or their blockage/cancellation due to infringement of the law or no more need for storage;
• to oppose processing for legitimate reasons or processing for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct sales, market research, commercial communications;
• to obtain information on the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be notified or who could become acquainted with them as supervisors or persons in charge of processing
